Triggers
All Zaps start with a trigger, an event that occurs in a service that starts the automation.
The Files.com Zapier integration supports several triggers for events that happen in the Files.com service.
All Triggers in the Files.com Zapier application utilize the Zapier trigger polling mechanism. The trigger will actually occur in Zapier 1-15 minutes (depending on the Zapier plan) after the event happens in Files.com.
Group Created
Triggers when a group is created.
New File or Folder Created
Triggers when a new File or Folder is Created.
If you need to actually use the File Contents in an Action, use the New File Uploaded Trigger instead.
Trigger Parameters

| folder (Required) | Folder in which to check for uploads. |
| filter | If specified, will filter folders/files list by this string. Wildcards of * and ? are acceptable here. |
New File Uploaded
Triggers when a new File is uploaded.
This trigger will only fire for files less than 150MB. This is a limit of Zapier. To support larger files, consider a Files.com built-in integration or sync.

User Created
Triggers when a new User is created.
